    电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定多金属矿石中铁、铜、铅、锌、砷、锑、钼和镉的含量

    ICP-AES Determination of Fe,Cu,Pb,Zn,As,Sb,Mo and Cd in Multi-Metal Ores

    • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定多金属矿石中铁、铜、铅、锌、砷、锑、钼和镉的含量.以盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系处理多金属矿石样品.选择铁、铜、铅、锌、砷、锑、钼、镉的分析线分别为259.9,324.7,220.3,213.8,189.0,206.8,202.0,228.8 nm.各元素的质量浓度在一定范围内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.21~8.4 μg·g-1之间.方法应用于矿石标准物质(GBW 07162和GBW 07163)的分析,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=12)在0.4%~2.8%之间.

       

      Abstract: ICP-AES was applied to the simultaneous determination of Fe,Cu,Pb,Zn,As,Sb,Mo and Cd in multi-metal ores.The sample of multi-metal ores was treated with HCl-HNO3-HF-HClO4.The analytical spectral lines of 259.9,324.7,220.3,213.8,189.0,206.8,202.0,228.8 nm were chosen for the determination of Fe,Cu,Pb,Zn,As,Sb,Mo and Cd,respectively.Linear relationships between the emission intensity and the mass concentration of the elements were kept in definite ranges.The detection limits (3S/N) ranged from 0.21 to 8.4 μg·g-1.The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the standard rock samples (GBW 07162 and GBW 07163),giving results in agreement with the certified values,with RSD (n=12) in the range of 0.4%-2.8%.
