    原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷和汞

    Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Soil by AFS

    • 摘要: 采用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷和汞.样品经微波消解后,采用On-Guard H前处理柱去除消解液中的干扰离子,然后进行测定.在最佳条件下,砷和汞的线性范围为0.50~8.00 μg·L-1,检出限(3s/k)分别为0.005,0.002 μg·g-1.方法用于分析标准物质,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于4%.

       

      Abstract: A method of AFS was used for the determination of arsenic and mercury in soil.The sample was treated by microwave digestion,and the interfering ions were removed by using the On-Guard H pretreatment column.Under optimized conditions,the linearity range of arsenic and mercury was 0.50-8.00 μg·L-1,with detection limits (3s/k) of 0.005,0.002 μg·g-1,respectively.The method was applied for analysis of standard substance,giving results in agreement with the certified values and RSD (n=6) less than 4%.
