    抗坏血酸在β-环糊精/聚苯胺修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为

    Electrochemical Property of Ascorbic Acid at β-Cyclodextrin/Polyaniline Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

    • 摘要: 研究了抗坏血酸在β-环糊精/聚苯胺修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为.采用电聚合方法制备了β-环糊精/聚苯胺修饰玻碳电极,在聚苯胺和β-环糊精的协同作用下,电极对抗坏血酸具有显著的催化氧化作用.抗坏血酸浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内与其氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为8.1×10-7mol·L-1.对5.0×10-6mol·L-1的抗坏血酸溶液连续测定6次,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.21%.该方法选择性和重复性好,可在多巴胺存在下选择性测定抗坏血酸.

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical property of ascorbic acid at β-cyclodextrin/polyaniline modified glassy carbon electrode was studied.The β-cyclodextrin/polyaniline modified glassy carbon electrode was perpared by electropolymerization method.The modified electrode had excellent catalytic oxidation effects to ascorbic acid due to the synergy of polyaniline and β-cyclodextrin.Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of ascorbic acid was found in the range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-4mol·L-1 with detection limit (3S/N) of 8.1 ×10-7mol·L-1.The precision of the method was tested at 5.0×10-6mol·L-1 ascorbic acid solution for 6 replicates,with RSD of 0.21%.The proposed method exhibited good selectivity and reproducibility,and it was applicable for selective determination of ascorbic acid in the presence of dopamine.
