    对苯二酚在纳米铂/多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为及测定

    Study of Electrochemical Behavior and Determination of Hydroquinone at Platimum Nanoparticles and Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes Modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

    • 摘要: 采用滴涂法和电化学沉积法制备了纳米铂和多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(Pt/MWCNTs/GCE).通过循环伏安法研究了对苯二酚在该电极上的电化学行为,结果表明:在酸性溶液中,对苯二酚在Pt/MWCNTs/GCE上产生了一对明显的可逆氧化还原峰.对苯二酚的氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-2mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7mol·L-1.对1.0×10-3mol·L-1对苯二酚标准溶液连续测定8次,测定值的相对标准偏差为0.10%.以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在98.0%~104%之间.

       

      Abstract: Platinum nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (Pt/MWCNTs/GCE) was prepared by methods of drop-coating and electrochemical deposition.The electrochemical behavior of hydroquinone at Pt/MWCNTs/GCE was studied by cyclic voltammetry.It was shown that in an acidic solution,a pair of well defined reversible redox peaks given by hydroquinone was observed.Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of hydroquinone was obtained in the range of 1.0×10-6-1.0×10-2mol·L-1,with detection limit of 5.0×10-7mol·L-1.Precision of the method was tested at the concentration level of 1.0×10-3mol·L-1 hydroquinone standard solution for 8 determinations,value of RSD found was 0.10%.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 98.0%-104%.
