    石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定精对苯二甲酸产品中7种金属杂质的含量

    Determination of 7 Metals Impurities in Pure Terephthalic Acid Products by GF-AAS

    • 摘要: 采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定精对苯二甲酸中钛、钼、铬、镍、钴、锰和铁等7种金属杂质的含量.石墨炉灰化温度为750 ℃,灰化时间为45 min,采用硫酸(1+1)溶液溶解残渣.铁和镍的质量浓度在20 μg·L-1以内,钴、锰、铬、钼和钛质量浓度在120 μg·L-1以内呈线性.各元素的检出限(3S/N)在0.5~1.6 μg·L-1之间,加标回收率在92.0%~105%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%.采用本法测定样品中钴、锰和铁的含量,结果与标准方法所测得结果相吻合.

       

      Abstract: GF-AAS was applied to the determination of 7 metals impurities,i.e.titanium,molybdenum,chromium,nickel,cobalt,manganese and iron in pure terephthalic acid products.The ashing temperature of GF was 750 ℃,and the ashing time was 45 min.Sulfuric acid (1+1) solution was used to dissolve the residue.The linearity ranges of iron and nickel were within 20 μg·L-1,and those of titanium,molybdenum,chromium,cobalt and manganese were within 120 μg·L-1.The detection limits (3S/N) were in the range of 0.5-1.6 μg·L-1.Recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 92.0%-105% and RSD′s (n=6) were less than 5%.The method was used for determination of cobalt,manganese and iron in samples,giving results consistent with those obtained by the standard method.
