气相色谱-质谱法测定空气中8种挥发性酚类化合物的含量
GC-MS Determination of 8 Volatile Phenols in Air

摘要: 提出了气相色谱-质谱法测定空气中8种挥发性酚类化合物含量的方法.空气样品采用硅胶吸附管采集,丙酮淋洗解吸.在气相色谱分离中用HP-VOC色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式.采用内标法定量.8种挥发性酚类化合物的线性范围均为0.20~10.0 mg·L-1,检出限在1.5~5.2 μg·m-3之间.以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在80.4%~86.7%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.7%~3.9%之间.Abstract: A method of GC-MS for the determination of 8 volatile phenols in air was proposed.The air sample was collected with silica adsorption tube,and desorbed by rinsing with acetone.HP-VOC chromatographic column was used for GC separation and selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination.Internal standard method was used for quantification.Linearity ranges of the 8 volatile phenols were found same between 0.20-10.0 mg·L-1 with detection limits in the range of 1.5-5.2 μg·m-3.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method,values of recovery found were in the range of 80.4%-86.7%,with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 1.7%-3.9%.
