气相色谱法测定水中4种酰胺类化合物含量
GC Determination of 4 Amides in Water

摘要: 采用气相色谱法同时测定水中N,N′-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N′-二甲基乙酰胺、N-甲基甲酰胺和N-甲基乙酰胺等4种酰胺类化合物的含量.柱流量为5 mL·min-1,起始柱温为80 ℃.用DB-FFAP石英毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测.4种酰胺类化合物在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.03~0.06 mg·L-1之间.加标回收率在92.3%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6) 在0.30%~2.7%之间.Abstract: GC was applied to the simultaneous determination of 4 amides,i.e.,dimethyl formamide,dimethyl acetamide,N-methylformamide and N- methylacetamide in water.Flow-rate of the column used was 5 mL·min-1 and initial column temperature of 80 ℃ was taken.The analytes were separated on DB-FFAP quartz capillary chromatographic column.FID was adopted for detection.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 4 amides were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits found were ranged from 0.03 to 0.06 mg·L-1.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 92.3%-103%,and values of RSD′s were found (n=6) in the range of 0.30%-2.7%.
