Abstract: GC was applied to the simultaneous determination of 4 amides,i.e.,dimethyl formamide,dimethyl acetamide,N-methylformamide and N- methylacetamide in water.Flow-rate of the column used was 5 mL·min-1 and initial column temperature of 80 ℃ was taken.The analytes were separated on DB-FFAP quartz capillary chromatographic column.FID was adopted for detection.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 4 amides were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits found were ranged from 0.03 to 0.06 mg·L-1.Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 92.3%-103%,and values of RSD′s were found (n=6) in the range of 0.30%-2.7%.
