    顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定水中25种挥发性有机物的含量

    Headspace-GC-MS Determination of 25 Volatile Organic Compounds in Water

    • 摘要: 采用顶空-气相色谱-质谱法测定水中25种挥发性有机物的含量.水样经80 ℃、30 min静态顶空提取后,在气相色谱分离中用HP-VOC色谱柱为固定相.在质谱分析中采用全扫描和选择离子监测模式.25种挥发性有机物在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限在0.13~2.06 μg·L-1之间.以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在75.1%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.2%~9.8%之间.

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of 25 volatile organic compounds in water with headspace sampling.The water sample was extracted for 30 min at 80 ℃ in headspace flask under static condition.HP-VOC chromatographic column was used for GC separation and the full-scanning mode and the selected ion monitoring mode were adopted in MS determination.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 25 volatile organic compounds were kept in definite ranges.Detection limits found were ranged from 0.13 to 2.06 μg·L-1.On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method;values of recovery found were in the range of 75.1%-109% with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 2.2%-9.8%.
