    固相萃取-气相色谱法测定鱼塘投毒案件水样中硫丹的含量

    SPE-GC Determination of Endosulfan in Pond Water of a Fish-pond-Poisoning Case

    • 摘要: 采用固相萃取-气相色谱法测定鱼塘投毒案件水样中硫丹的含量.取自鱼塘的水样调至pH 4,经CNWBOND LC-C18固相萃取柱分离,用三氯甲烷作为洗脱溶剂,所得提取液用CP-SIL 8毛细管色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器检测.α-硫丹和β-硫丹的峰面积与其质量浓度在0.05~5 μg·L-1相同的范围内呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)均为0.01 μg·L-1.加标回收率在91.1%~95.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于1%.

       

      Abstract: GC with SPE was applied to the determination of endosulfan in fish-pond in a poisoning case.The water sample taken from the fish-pond was separated by SPE on CNWBOND LC-C18 SPE column at pH 4,and CHCl3 was used as eluant.The eluate was separated on CP-SIL 8 capillary column and detected by ECD.Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of α-endosulfan and β-endosulfan were kept in the same range of 0.05-5 μg·L-1,with same detection limits (3S/N) of 0.01 μg·L-1 .Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 91.1%-95.8%,and values of RSD′s (n=6) were less than 1%.
