分光光度法测定片剂中的盐酸氯丙嗪
Determination of Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride in Troches by Spectrophotometry

摘要: 在pH为5.50的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,盐酸氯丙嗪与铁(Ⅲ)、铬天青S反应生成蓝色三元配合物,其最大吸收波长为660 nm。当铁(Ⅲ)和铬天青S的含量固定时,盐酸氯丙嗪的质量浓度在0.20~20 mg·L-1范围内与吸光度呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为0.058 mg· L-1。应用此方法测定片剂中盐酸氯丙嗪含量,加标回收率在97.8%~98.5%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.1%~1.5%之间。Abstract: In the HOAc-NaOAc buffer solution with pH of 5.50, chlorpromazine hydrochloride reacted with Fe(Ⅲ) and Chromazurol S to form blue ternary complexes with the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 660 nm. When the concentration of Fe(Ⅲ) and Chromazurol S was constant, linear relationship was found between the absorbance and the mass concentration of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in the range of 0.20-20 mg·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 0.058 mg·L-1. The method was used to detect the content of chlorpromazine hydrochloride in tablet samples, giving recovery rates measured by standard addition method in the range of 97.8%-98.5% and RSDs (n=5) in the range of 1.1%-1.5%.
