    交流电弧原子发射光谱法测定地质样品中的微量银

    Determination of Trace Silver in Geological Samples by AC-AES

    • 摘要: 采用交流电弧原子发射光谱法测定地质样品中的微量银。当样品中的锰含量大于0.3%时,锰对在谱线Ag 328.068 nm处的测定干扰严重。试验中以Ge 303.910 nm为内标,Ag 338.289 nm为分析谱线。银的检出限(3s)为0.026 μg·g-1。使用该方法测定标准物质,测定值与标示值的相对偏差在12%之内,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=12)在3.7%~12%之间。

       

      Abstract: AC-AES was applied to the determination of trace silver in geological samples. When its content over 0.3%, Manganese was found to interfere the determination at the spectral line of Ag 328.068 nm. Hence, Ag 338.289 nm was used as spectral line in the analysis with Ge 303.910 nm as internal standard. The detection limit (3s) was 0.026 μg·g-1. The method was used to analyze standard substances, giving relative deviation between the determined values and the certified values less than 12% and RSDs (n=12) in the range of 3.7%-12%.
