顶空气相色谱法测定纺织品中的1,1-二氯乙烷和1,2-二氯乙烷
Determination of 1,1-Dichloroethlane and 1,2-Dichloroethlane in Textiles by Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要: 采用顶空气相色谱法测定纺织品中1,1-二氯乙烷和1,2-二氯乙烷的含量。样品在顶空瓶中于100 ℃平衡30 min后,通过HP-5MS色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,外标法定量。两种物质的线性范围均为1.0~250 mg·kg-1,检出限均为0.25 mg·kg-1,测定下限均为0.83 mg·kg-1。加标回收率在95.1%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.3%~2.1%之间。Abstract: Headspace gas chromatography (HS-GC) was applied to the determination of 1,1-dichloroethlane and 1,2-dichloroethlane in textiles. The sample was treated at 100 ℃ for 30 min in the headspace vial. The analytes were separated on a HP-5MS column, detected by FID and quantified by external standard method. The linearity ranges of 1,1-dichloroethlane and 1,2-dichloroethlane were both 1.0-250 mg·kg-1, with same detection limits of 0.25 mg·kg-1 and the same lower limits of determination of 0.83 mg·kg-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 95.1%-109%, with RSDs (n=6) in the range of 0.3%-2.1%.
