    微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定木制家具中6种重金属元素

    ICP-MS Simultaneous Determination of 6 Heavy Metal Elements in Wooden Furniture with Microwave Digestion

    • 摘要: 采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定木制家具中铅、镉、铜、铬、砷和汞等6种重金属元素的含量。木制家具样品在硝酸-过氧化氢体系中经微波消解处理,采用内标法消除基体的影响。6种重金属元素在一定的质量浓度范围内与其光谱强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3s)在0.003~0.080 μg·L-1之间。加标回收率在95.1%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在均小于3.0%。方法应用于灌木枝叶标准物质(GBW 07602)的分析,测定值与认定值相符。

       

      Abstract: ICP-MS was applied to the simultaneous determination of 6 heavy metal elements, i.e. Pb, Cd, Cu, Cr, As and Hg in wooden furniture with microwave digestion. The sample of wooden furniture was digested with a mixture of HNO3 and H2O2 by microwave assisted digestion. The interferences of the matrix elements were eliminated by internal standard. Linear relationships between values of spectral intensity and mass concentration of the 6 heavy metal elements were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3s) found were in the range of 0.003-0.080 μg·L-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 95.1%-106%, and values of RSD′s (n=7) less than 3.0%. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of a standard material of bush leave (GBW 07602), giving results in agreement with the certified values.
