    气相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜和土壤中17种邻苯二甲酸酯

    GC-MS/MS Determination of 17 Phthalic Acid Esters in Vegetables and Soils

    • 摘要: 摘要:采用气相色谱-串联质谱法测定蔬菜和土壤中17种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。蔬菜样品用乙腈均质提取,土壤利用水和乙腈振荡提取。在气相色谱分离中用DB-1701MS色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用多反应监测模式。17种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度均在2.00~500 μg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,测定下限(10S/N)在0.01~0.32 μg·kg-1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在71.1%~118%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.20%~15%之间。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS/MS was applied to the determination of 17 phthalic acid esters in vegetables and soils. The vegetable sample was extracted by homogenizing with acetonitrile and the soil sample was extracted by oscillation with water and acetonitrile. The DB-1701MS chromatographic column was used for GC separation and the multiple reaction monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 17 phthalic acid esters were kept in the same range of 2.00-500 μg·L-1,with lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 0.01-0.32 μg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample,test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 71.1%-118%,with RSD′s (n=6) in the range of 0.20%-15%.
