激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法在玻璃产品质量控制中的应用

摘要: 将激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法应用于玻璃产品质量控制。玻璃中微量元素的含量均高于检出限,方法应用于NIST612标准样品的分析,测定值的相对误差小于10%。对玻璃样品和其中的缺陷部位进行激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法分析,对比两者存在的成分差异,为探讨玻璃缺陷的成因、改善玻璃制备方法提供方向。玻璃样品和其中的缺陷部位的成分差异揭示缺陷部位的形成与玻璃生产过程中使用的原材料或使用的较低温度具有较大关系。Abstract: Laser ablation ICP-MS was applied in glass products quality control. Content of trace elements in glass were all higher than detection limits. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of NIST612 standard sample,giving values of relative error less than 10%. Glass samples and tiny defect points in glass samples were analyzed by laser ablation ICP-MS to compare the differences between the above two,investigate the reasons for the formation of the defect points and provide a direction to improve glass product quality. The component differences between glass and defect points showed that the formation of the defect points had a great relationship with raw materials or lower temperature used during glass preparation.
