气相色谱-质谱法测定电子电气产品聚合物材料中的多氯联苯含量
GC-MS Determination of Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Polymer Materials Used in Electrical and Electronic Products

摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定电子电气产品聚合物材料中的多氯联苯(PCBs)。采用丙酮-正己烷(1+1)混合溶剂对样品进行超声萃取,萃取液经中性硅胶固相萃取柱净化后,在DB-5MS UI毛细管柱上分离,质谱中选择电子轰击离子源和选择离子监测模式。一氯至十氯PCBs的线性范围均为0.1~10 mg·L-1,测定下限(10S/N)均为0.1 mg·kg-1。加标回收率在86.0%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)不大于10%。Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of polychlorinated biphenyls in polymer materials used in electrical and electronic products. The sample was extracted ultrasonically with a mixture of acetone and n-hexane (1+1). The extract was purified with a solid phase extraction column filled with neutral sllica gel and then separated on a DB-5MS UI capillary column. EI and SIM were adopted in MS. The linearity ranges of polychlorinated biphenyls (Cl1-Cl10) were all 0.1-10 mg·L-1,with the same lower limits of determination (10S/N) of 0.1 mg·kg-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 86.0%-109%,and RSDs (n=7) were within 10%.
