    气相色谱-质谱法测定蔬菜中农药残留时不同进样条件对基质效应的影响

    Influence of Injection Conditions on Matrix Effect for GC-MS Determination of Residual Amounts of Pesticides in Vegetables

    • 摘要: 研究了气相色谱-质谱法测定蔬菜中农药残留时不同进样条件对基质效应的影响。蔬菜样品经乙腈提取,提取液进行空白基质加标,在气相色谱分离中用HP-5MS石英毛细管柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用选择离子监测模式。以甲基毒死蜱为内标物。29种农药均表现为基质增强效应,仅12种农药的基质效应在3%~19%之间;当进样口温度和脉冲压力分别设为280 ℃和275.8 kPa时,可分别使22种农药的基质效应值降至2%~20%以内;适当增加进样体积能有效地降低蔬菜基质效应,最佳进样体积为2 μL。

       

      Abstract: Influence of injection conditions on matrix effect for GC-MS determination of residual amounts of pesticides in vegetables was studied. The vegetable samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and standard solution was added based on blank matrix. The HP-5MS quartz capillary column was used for GC separation and the selected ion monitoring mode was adopted in MS determination. Chlorpyrifos-methyl was used as internal standard. Matrix enhancement effect could be observed in 29 pesticides. Values of the matrix effect of only 12 pesticides were in the range of 3%-19%. When the inlet temperature and pulse pressure were set at 280 ℃ and 275.8 kPa,respectively,the values of matrix effect of 22 pesticides were reduced to 2%-20%. The optimized injection volume (2 μL) could also reduce the matrix effects of vegetables.
