全谱直读型直流电弧原子发射光谱法测定锆及锆合金中16种微量元素的含量
Determination of Trace Amounts of 16 Elements in Zirconium and Its Alloy by DC-Arc-AES

摘要: 采用全谱直读型直流电弧原子发射光谱法同时测定锆及锆合金中的16种微量元素的含量。样品在1 000 ℃下灼烧4 h后,与氯化银载体按4比1的质量比混合后,填充于 4 mm×2 mm的石墨电极中,以10 A的直流电弧激发,持续40 s,采用电荷耦合器件检测器进行检测。16种元素的线性范围均为0.000 3%~0.030 0%,检出限(3s)均小于2.6 mg·L-1。各元素的加标回收率在86.7%~120 %之间。Abstract: AES with direct current arc was applied to the determination of trace amounts of 16 elements in zirconium and its alloy. The sample was heated at 1 000 ℃ for 4 h, and then mixed with silver chloride as carrier in the mass ratio of 4∶1. The mixture was filled into 4 mm× 2 mm graphite electrode, and excited with DC of 10 A for 40 s. Charge coupled device detector was used. Linearity ranges of the 16 elements were same in the range of 0.000 3%-0.030 0%, with same detection limits (3s) of 2.6 mg·L-1. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 86.7%-120%.
