水溶液直接进样-气相色谱法测定饮用水中的三卤甲烷和四氯化碳
Determination of Trihalomethanes and Carbon Tetrachloride in Drinking Water by GC with Direct Aqueous Injection

摘要: 采用苯乙烯-二乙烯苯多孔共聚物为填料的PLOT柱和电子捕获检测器(ECD),通过水溶液直接进样,用气相色谱法实现了对饮用水中三卤甲烷和四氯化碳的分离与测定。该方法分离效果较好,大量的水对测定无不良影响。三氯甲烷的线性范围为10~500 μg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)达2.1 μg·L-1;四氯化碳和其他三卤甲烷的线性范围为1~50 μg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)在0.2~0.7 μg·L-1之间。加标回收率在90.0%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)在2.9%~12%之间。方法用于分析实际水样,测定结果与顶空-气相色谱法的结果一致,但测定时间缩短1 h以上。Abstract: With the adoption of ECD detector and PLOT column filled with styrene-divinylbenzene porous copolymer, the trihalomethanes and carbon tetrachloride in drinking water were separated and determined by GC through direct aqueous injection. This method had a good effect of separation, without the bad influence of a large amount of water to the determination. The linearity range of trichloromethane was 10-500 μg·L-1, with detection limit of 2.1 μg·L-1. The linearity ranges of carbon tetrachloride and other trihalomethanes were 1-50 μg·L-1, with detection limits in the range of 0.2-0.7 μg·L-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 90.0%-106%, and RSDs (n=7) were in the range of 2.9%-12%. The method was used to analyze water sample, giving results in consistent with those obtained by headspace-GC and the testing time one hour shorter than headspace-GC.
