离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定地下水中4种形态砷的含量

摘要: 采用离子色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(IC-ICP-MS)测定地下水中4种形态砷[As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅳ)、一甲基胂酸、二甲基胂酸]的含量。水样在IonPac AS14阴离子色谱柱上分离,采用IonPac AG14阴离子保护柱,以碳酸氢铵为流动相进行梯度洗脱,4种砷形态在15 min内完全分离。在进样量25 μL时,4种形态砷的线性范围为0.50~200 μg·L-1,检出限在0.03~0.06 μg·L-1之间,加标回收率在97.0%~102%之间。此方法用于测定地下水样,测定结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法的结果相吻合。Abstract: The 4 arsenic species [As(Ⅲ), As(Ⅳ), MMA and DMA]in ground water were simultaneous determined by anion exchange chromatography coupled with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. The 4 arsenic species were separated on an IonPac AS14 anion exchange column successfully within 15 min using IonPac AG14 anion guard column, with ammonium bicarbonate as mobile phase for gradient elution. Under 25 μL of injection volume, the linearity ranges of the 4 arsenic species were 0.50-200 μg·L-1, with detection limits in the range of 0.03-0.06 μg·L-1. Recoveries obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 97.0%-102%. The proposed method was applied to analysis water samples, giving results in constant with those obtained by ICP-MS.
