    亮丽春红分子印迹聚吡咯材料的制备及应用

    Preparation and Application of Brilliant Ponceau Molecularly Imprinted Polypyrrole Material

    • 摘要: 以吡咯为功能单体,亮丽春红为模板分子,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,氢氧化钠溶液为脱模板溶剂,制备了亮丽春红分子印迹聚吡咯材料,并用红外光谱对材料进行了表征。通过对亮丽春红的浓度、硫酸的加入量和聚合反应时间等合成条件的优化,使材料对同分异构体亮丽春红和苋菜红具有很好的分离效果。分子印迹聚吡咯材料对亮丽春红的吸附符合Freundlich模型,属于多分子层吸附。

       

      Abstract: The brilliant ponceau molecularly imprinted polypyrrole material was prepared with pyrrole as functional monomers, brilliant ponceau as template molecular, ammonium persulfate as oxidant and sodium hydroxide solution as solvent to de-dope the template. The material was characterized by FT-IR. After optimization of the synthesis conditions, such as the concentration of brilliant ponceau solution, the volume of sulfuric acid and the polymerization time, the prepared molecularly imprinted material showed a good separation effect to selectively recognize isomers of brilliant ponceau and amaranth. The adsorption of brilliant ponceau on the molecularly inprinted polypyrrole material was in line with Freundlich mode, which was multi-molecular layer adsorption.
