洗滤-萃取法结合紫外分光光度法测定W/O型聚合物乳液的固含量
Determination of the Solid Content of W/O Polymer Emulsion by UV Spectrophotometry Combined with Diafiltration-Extraction

摘要: 将洗滤-萃取法与紫外分光光度法相结合,建立了一种测定W/O型聚合物乳液固含量的方法。通过洗滤-萃取法分离出W/O乳液中的聚合物,配制成聚合物标准溶液系列,利用紫外分光光度法测量其吸光度,建立质量浓度-吸光度线性回归方程,相关系数为0.997 1。采用该方法测量聚合物乳液溶液的吸光度,计算得相应的质量浓度及乳液的固含量,相对标准偏差小于0.30%。Abstract: A method based on diafiltration-extraction and UV spectrophotometry was established for the determination of the solid content of W/O polymer emulsion. The polymers in the W/O emulsion were extracted by diafiltration-extractation method. Then a series of standard polymer solution were prepared and the absorbance of the solutions was measured by UV spectrophotometer. Linear regression equation between mass concentration and absorbance was established with correlation coefficient of 0.997 1. The absorbance of the polymer emulsion solution was tested and the corresponding mass concentration and solid content of the polymer emulsion were calculated, with RSD less than 0.30%.
