    库仑滴定法快速测定盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液中的左氧氟沙星含量

    Rapid Determination of Levofloxacin in Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injections by Coulometric Titration

    • 摘要: 在1.0 mol·L-1氯化钾电解质溶液中,通过10.00 mA的恒电流电解水产生OH-作为滴定剂,直接与盐酸左氧氟沙星发生酸碱中和反应,溶液pH 7.30为滴定终点,整个滴定过程可在5 min左右自动完成,依据法拉第定律计算得到盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液中左氧氟沙星的含量。采用本方法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星对照品溶液,相对误差为0.16%;4种不同批次的盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液中左氧氟沙星的测定结果与标示值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于0.40%,加标回收率在99.3%~100%之间。

       

      Abstract: In 1.0 mol·L-1 of potassium chloride electrolyte solution, the OH- generated by the electrolysis of water at 10.00 mA of constant current was used as coulometric titrant and reacted with the levofloxacin hydrochloride, and the titration endpoint was achieved when the pH of the solution was 7.30. The whole titration process could be completed within 5 minutes, and the content of levofloxacin in the injection was obtained by Faraday's law. The method was used to determine levofloxacin hydrochloride reference solution, giving relative error of 0.16%. The determination results of 4 batches of levofloxacin hydrochloride injections were consistent with the marked values, with RSDs (n=6) less than 0.40% and recovery rates obtained by standard addition method in the range of 99.3%-100%.
