    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定含铜物料中的16种稀土元素

    ICP-MS Determination of 16 Kinds of Rare Earth Elements in Materials Containing Copper

    • 摘要: 使用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸-硫酸敞口溶解含铜物料,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定含铜物料中的16种稀土元素。以103Rh为内标消除基体效应,16种稀土元素的线性范围均在100 μg·L-1以内,检出限(3s)在0.06~0.25 μg·L-1之间,各元素的加标回收率在91.0%~110%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)均在3.0%以下。

       

      Abstract: Materials containing copper were dissolved with mixed acids of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid and sulfuric acid, and the 16 kinds of rare earth elements in the samples were determined by ICP-MS. The matrix effect was elimited by using 103Rh as internal standard. The linearity ranges of 16 kinds of rare earth elements were within 100 μg·L-1, with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0.06-0.25 μg·L-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 91.0%-110% and RSDs (n=11) were less than 3.0%.
