    气相色谱-质谱法测定汽车材料中7种苯系物

    GC-MS Determination of 7 Benzene Homologues in Automobile Materials

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定汽车材料中7种苯系物的含量。在气相色谱分离中用HP-5MS色谱柱为固定相,在质谱分析中采用全扫描和选择离子监测模式。以氘代苯-D6为内标物。7种苯系物的线性范围均为1 0~1 000 ng,检出限(3s)在9~18 ng之间。苯系物测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.81%~2.4%之间,加标回收率在99.0%~102%之间。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of 7 benzene homologues in automobile materials. HP-5MS chromatographic column was used for GC separation and modes of full-scanning and selected ion monitoring were adopted in MS determination. Deuterated benzene-D6 was used as internal standard. Linearity ranges of the 7 benzene homologues found were in the same range of 10-1 000 ng with detection limits (3s) in the range of 9-18 ng. RSD′s (n=6) of analytical results for the benzene homologues found were in the range of 0.81%-2.4%, and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 99.0%-102%.
