    磁性氧化石墨烯壬基酚分子印迹聚合物的制备及吸附性能研究

    Study on the Preparation and Adsorption Property of Magnetic Graphene Oxide Nonylphenol Molecularly Imprinted Polymer

    • 摘要: 以磁性氧化石墨烯(Fe3O4@GO)为载体,2-乙烯基吡啶为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,利用表面聚合技术制备了对壬基酚(NP)有特异吸附性能的分子印迹聚合物。电子显微镜表征和静态吸附试验结果表明:分子印迹聚合物已修饰在Fe3O4@GO表面,且该聚合物对壬基酚有良好的吸附性能,其最大吸附量为27.99 g·kg-1。以该分子印迹聚合物为固相萃取材料,乙腈为上样溶剂、甲醇-乙酸(9+1)溶液为洗脱剂,采用高效液相色谱法对牛奶塑料包装袋中壬基酚进行富集和测定。NP质量浓度的线性范围为2.0~100 μg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)为0.34 μg·kg-1。加标回收率在86.1%~95.2%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)小于5.0%。

       

      Abstract: A molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP), which showed specific adsorption property toward nonylphenol (NP), was prepared through surface polymerization using magnetic graphene oxide (Fe3O4@GO) as the carrier, 2-vinyl pyridine as the functional monomer and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linking agent. The results of electron microscopy characterization and static adsorption experiments showed that the prepared MIP was modified on the surface of the Fe3O4@GO and the polymer showed good adsorption properties toward NP with the maximum adsorption capacity of 27.99 g·kg-1. The enrichment and determination of NP in plastic bags for milk was performed by HPLC with the prepared MIP as solid-phase extractant, acetonitrile as sample solvent and a mixture of methanol and acetic acid (9+1) as eluent. The linear range of the mass concentration of NP was 2.0-100 μg·L-1 and detection limit (3S/N) was 0.34 μg·kg-1. Recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 86.1%-95.2% and RSD′s (n=5) were less than 5.0%.
