    基于高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱指纹图谱的功能性婴幼儿奶粉甄别新策略

    New Strategy for Discrimination of Functional Infant Milk Powder Based on HPLC-Q-TOF-MS Fingerprint

    • 摘要: 应用高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间高分辨质谱(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)联用技术建立了婴幼儿奶粉的指纹图谱。用主成分分析法校正模式找出功能性婴幼儿奶粉和普通婴幼儿奶粉指纹图谱的差异。通过t检验选取潜在的生化标志物,结合数据处理软件推断可能的蛋白来源,并采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术,对验证样品进行标志物的可靠性验证。结果表明:功能性婴幼儿奶粉的潜在标志物有14种,可能的来源分别为αS1-酪蛋白、αS2-酪蛋白和β-酪蛋白。由此可推测功能性婴幼儿奶粉中有蛋白的水解产物存在,这些标志物可以有效地将功能性婴幼儿奶粉和普通婴幼儿奶粉区分。

       

      Abstract: Fingerprints of common infant formula milk powder (FPⅠ) and of functional infant milk powder (FPⅡ) were obtained by HPLC-Q-TOF-MS. Differences between FPⅠ and FPⅡ were found by the correction model of principle component analysis (PCA). The potential biomarkers were selected by the t-test and the probable proteinic origins were deduced by the data-processing software. Reliability of the biomarkers was verified by applying the hyphenation of LC and MS. As shown by the results, 14 potential biomarkers were found in the functional infant milk powder, with their probable proteinic origins of αS1-casein, αS2-casein and β-casein. Thence, the presence of hydrolyzed protein in functional infant milk powder was deduced, and the presence of these biomarkers was an effective basis to differentiate the functional infant milk powder from the common infant for mula milk powder.
