    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定电焊作业场所空气中的10种金属元素

    ICP-MS Determination of 10 Metal Elements in Air of Welding Workplace

    • 摘要: 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了电焊作业场所空气中锰、铬、镍、铜、钼、钴、钒、钨、铅、锌等10种金属元素。用滤膜收集空气中固态物质,并使其消化溶解于硝酸-过氧化氢(3+2)混合液中。采用标准模式进行ICP-MS分析。以175Lu作为内标。上述10种元素的质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性,各元素的检出限(3S/N)在0.02~0.48 μg·L-1之间。按标准加入法进行方法的回收试验,测得回收率在96.2%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)均小于6.0%。

       

      Abstract: ICP-MS was applied to the determination of 10 metal elements, i.e., Mn, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Co, V, W, Pb and Zn, in air of welding workplace. The solid particles in air were collected on filtering membrane and digested with a mixture of nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide (3+2). The sample solution was used for ICP-MS analysis under standard mode, using 175Lu as internal standard. Linearity for the 10 elements was kept between definite mass concentration ranges. Values of detection limits (3S/N) for the 10 elements were found in the range of 0.02-0.48 μg·L-1. Recovery of the method was tested by standard addition method, giving values ranged from 96.2% to 109%. Values of RSDs (n=7) were less than 6.0%.
