    裂解-气相色谱法同时测定卷烟烟丝中3种芳香烃的释放量

    Simultaneous Determination of 3 Arenes Liberated from Tobacco of Cigarettes by Pyrolysis-Gas Chromatography

    • 摘要: 利用纵型微型炉裂解器,用裂解-气相色谱法(Py-GC)同时测定了卷烟烟丝在300 ℃,500 ℃和800 ℃等3个温度下裂解释放出的甲苯、间二甲苯和萘等3种芳香烃的含量。甲苯和间二甲苯的质量浓度在0.02~2.00 g·L-1、萘的质量浓度在0.01~1.00 g·L-1之间呈线性,3种化合物的检出限(3S/N)分别为0.25,0.32,0.13 mg·g-1。甲苯、间二甲苯、萘的加标回收率在89.5%~95.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)均小于6%。

       

      Abstract: Pyrolysis-gas chromatography (Py-GC) with a vertical micropyrolytic furnace was applied to the simultaneous determination of toluene, m-xylene and naphthalene liberated from tobacco of cigarettes under the temperatures of 300 ℃, 500 ℃ and 800 ℃. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration were found in the range of 0.02-2.00 g·L-1 for toluene and m-xylene, and 0.01-1.00 g·L-1 for naphthalene. Limits of detection (3S/N) of the 3 compunds were 0.25, 0.32, 0.13 mg·g-1, respectively. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 89.5%-95.8%, with RSDs (n=5) less than 6%.
