食品中维生素E异构体的检测技术研究进展
Recent Progress of Researches on Inspection Technologies for Isomers of Vitamin E

摘要: 综述了食品中8种维生素E异构体的样品前处理方法(包括皂化法、酶解法、溶剂提取法、加压液相萃取法、固相萃取法和超临界流体萃取法)和分离检测方法(包括气相色谱法、液相色谱法和液相色谱-质谱法等)的研究进展,并对其前景作了展望(引用文献58篇)。Abstract: Recent progress on methods for sample-pretreatment of 8 isomers of vitamin E in food (including saponification, enzymatic hydrolysis, solvent extraction, pressurized liquid phase extraction, solid phase extraction and supercritical fluid extraction) and on methods for separation and inspection (including GC, LC and LC-MS) was reviewed in this paper, and a brief discussion on the future trends was also given (58 ref. cited).
