    高效液相色谱法测定食品模拟物中的二羟基联苯和二氯二苯砜

    HPLC Determination of Bisphenol and Dichlorophenyl Sulfone in Food Simulant

    • 摘要: 选择了包括95%(φ)乙醇溶液在内的6种不同溶质的溶液作为模拟介质,并分别试验了在与食品包装材料或容器接触过程中,其可能含有的4,4′-二羟基联苯(BPH)和4,4′-二氯二苯砜(DCPS)的迁移量。测定采用Waters Xbridge液相色谱柱,以不同比例配制的甲醇-水混合液作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器,测定波长为254 nm。所得结果表明:方法的测定下限(10S/N)为0.015 mg·kg-1。在3个浓度水平上用标准加入法对方法的回收率进行检测,测得回收率在89.0%~106%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于4%。另应用此方法测定了聚亚苯基砜(PPSU)奶瓶中上述两化合物在相应模拟介质中的迁移量,结果两者均未被检出。

       

      Abstract: Six solutions containing various solutes, including 95% (φ) ethanol solution were selected as simulated media, and 4,4′-dihydroxy-biphenyl (BPH) and 4,4′-dichloro-diphenyl sulfone (DCPS), which were possibly migrated from the food-packaging materials or containers during their contaction with these media, were determined separately by HPLC. Waters Xbridge-liquid chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, while mixtures of methanol and water in various ratios were used as mobile phase in gradient elution. UV-detection with DAD at the wavelength of 254 nm was adopted. As shown by the testing results, value of lower limit of determination (10S/N) found for the method was 0.015 mg·kg-1. Recovery was tested by standard addition method at 3 concentration levels, giving values of recovery in the range of 89.0%-106%, and values of RSD′s (n=6) found were all less than 4%. Amounts of migration of the 2 above mentioned compounds in various simulated media in contact with a PPSU feeding bottle as the food container were tested by the proposed method, but none of the 2 compounds was detected.
