    电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定海参中17种金属元素的含量

    • 摘要: 应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定海参中砷、铅、锶等17种金属元素的含量。经粉碎的海参样品(0.500 g)中加入硝酸-过氧化氢(6+20)混合液8 mL,按选定程序进行微波消解,所得无色透明溶液供ICP-MS分析,以锗、铟、铋、钪为内标元素,测定17种金属元素的含量。这些元素的质量浓度在一定范围内与相应的分析信号值呈线性关系。检出限(3s)在0.000 5~0.070 μg·L-1之间。测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在0.45%~7.4%之间。按上述方法分析了国家标准物质(GBW 100204),所得结果与认定值相符。

       

      Abstract: ICP-MS was applied to the determination of 17 metal elements, i.e., As, Pb and Sr, in Sea Cucumber. The sliced and torn sample of sea cucumber (0.500 g) was added with 8 mL of a mixture of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide (6+20) and digested in a microwave oven under the selected program. The colorless and transparrent sample solution was used for the determination of 17 metal elements, using Ge, In, Bi and Sc as internal standards. Linear relationship between values of mass concentration of the 17 elements and the respecticve analytical signals were found in definite ranges, with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0.000 5-0.070 μg·L-1. Values of RSDs (n=6) ranged from 0.45% to 7.4%. The proposed method was used to determined the 17 elements in a CRM of GBW 100204, giving results in consistency with the certified values.
