    用气相色谱-质谱法和薄层色谱法分析蓝色圆珠笔油墨及其分类

    Analysis and Classification of Blue Ink Used in Ball Pens by GC-MS and TLC

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法和薄层色谱法对110支不同产地、品牌的蓝色圆珠笔油墨进行检测及种类鉴定。以气相色谱-质谱法研究了圆珠笔油墨中的溶剂组成,据此样品可分为6大类;以薄层色谱法检测了油墨中的染料组成,根据染料斑点的个数、位置、颜色及薄层扫描后吸收峰中标准峰的位置,将样品分为了17类。综合分析上述两种色谱检测的结果,同时考察溶剂和染料在组成上的差异,将110支不同品牌、产地的蓝色圆珠笔分为了35类,可以达到某些品牌之间的区分和认定,比依据单一检验手段得到的分类结果更为精准、系统。

       

      Abstract: Samples of blue ink taken from 110 ball pens of different brands and origins of production were analyzed and discriminated by GC-MS and TLC. The ink samples were divided into 6 categories based on the results of composition of solvents obtained by GC-MS. Compositions of dyes of the ink were studied by TLC. Based on the number of sample spots, their locations and colors, as well as the location of standard peak among the absorption peaks obtained after TLC scanning, the ink samples were divided into 17 categories. As a results of comprehensive study of the data of GC-MS and TLC, and considering the differences in compositions of the solvents and dyes, ink samples of the 110 ball pens were divided into 35 categories. More accurately, precise and systematic differentiation and recognition of the blue ink in a certain brand of ball pens was obtained as compared with the result of classification obtained by a single testing method.
