    4种津类除草剂的气相色谱-电子轰击质谱裂解规律研究

    Study on the Law of Fragmentation of 4 Azine Herbicides by GC-MS with EI Ion Source

    • 摘要: 根据4种均三嗪类除草剂(特丁津、另丁津、草达津和扑灭津)在EI源离子化条件下所得到的质谱图,对这4种化合物裂解生成的特征离子及其裂解方式和机理作了比较研究。发现此类化合物虽具有相同母体和近似的结构,但所具有的微细结构差异引起质谱图的明显不同。利用此裂解特征可对同类化合物的衍生物或异构体作出鉴别和确认。

       

      Abstract: On the base of the mass spectrograms of 4 sym-triazine herbicides (i.e., terbuthylazine, sebuthylazine, trietazine and propazine) obtained under the condition of EI ionization, a comparative study on the characteristic ions formed in the fragmentation processes, the courses of fragmentation and their mechanism of the 4 compounds, was made. It was found that in spite of having the same triazine mother structure and similar substituents, slight structural differences were existed among the 4 compounds, leading to significant differences in their mass spectrograms. These phenomena could be used as basis for differentiation and certification of derivatives or isomers of compounds of same category.
