HPLC-ICP-MS Rapid Determination of 4 Species of Arsenic in Imported Natural Gas with Pre-Installed Sampling System

摘要: 采用前置取样系统-高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速测定进口天然气中4种形态砷的含量。样品采用pH 4.3的10 mmol·L^-1庚烷磺酸钠-10 mmol·L^-1柠檬酸溶液吸收装置进行前处理，以Hypersil GOLD aQ色谱柱为分离柱，以上述pH 4.3的吸收剂混合溶液为流动相，采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。4种形态砷的线性范围均为0.20~5.00 μg·L^-1，方法的检出限（3S/N）为0.044~0.066 μg·L^-1。加标回收率为81.4%~97.4%，测定值的相对标准偏差（n=6）为3.2%~4.9%。

Abstract: HPLC-ICP-MS was applied to the rapid determination of 4 species of arsenic in imported natural gas with pre-installed sampling system. The sample was pretreated with absorption device of 10 mmol·L^-1 sodium heptanesulfonate-10 mmol·L^-1 citric acid solution (pH 4.3). Hypersil GOLD aQ chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and the above mentioned mixed solution of pH 4.3 was used as mobile phase. ICP-MS was adopted in the determination. Linearity ranges of the 4 arsenic species were found in the same range of 0.20-5.00 μg·L^-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.044-0.066 μg·L^-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 81.4%-97.4%, and values of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 3.2%-4.9%.
