    维生素B2在聚茜素红S修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为及其应用

    Electrochemical Behaviors of Vitamin B2 at Poly-Alizarin Red S Modified Carbon Paste Electrode and Its Application

    • 摘要: 采用循环伏安法在碳糊电极(CPE)上制备了聚茜素红S薄膜修饰碳糊电极(ARS/CPE),运用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了维生素B2在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:在pH 4.6的0.1 mol·L-1乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对维生素B2的氧化还原反应具有良好的电催化作用,扩散系数(D)为3.26×10-5cm2·s-1,电荷转移系数(α)为0.817 4。维生素B2的浓度在1.0×10-6~8.0×10-4mol·L-1之间与其对应的氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为2.5×10-8mol·L-1。方法用于维生素B2片的分析,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.8%~2.7%之间,加标回收率在99.5%~102%之间。

       

      Abstract: Alizarin red S (ARS) was polymerized on the surface of carbon paste electrode (CPE) by CV, to prepare poly-ARS film modified CPE (ARS/CPE). Electrochemical behavior of vitamin B2 at this modified electrode was studied by CV and DPV. It was found that in a buffer medium of 0.1 mol·L-1 HOAc-NaAc solution of pH 4.6, significant electrocatalytic action toward the redox reaction of vitamin B2 was observed at the modified electrode, and values of diffusion coefficient (D) of 3.26×10-5cm2·s-1 and electron transfer coefficient (α) of 0.817 4 were found. Linear relationship between values of oxidation peak current and concentration of vitamin B2 was kept in the range of 1.0×10-6-8.0×10-4mol·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) of 2.5×10-8mol·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of vitamin B2 tablets, giving values of RSD's (n=5) in the range of 1.8%-2.7%. Recovery was tested by standard addition method, values of recovery found were ranged between 99.5% and 102%.
