Abstract:
The molecular imprinted polymer solid-phase extraction (MIP-SPE) column was made of the synthesized peimine imprinted polymer with particle size of 70-100
μm as filler. After peimine in the sample solution was extracted with MIP-SPE, chemiluminescence reaction was found in the system of hydrochloric acid-potassium permanganate-formaldehyde. Base on this, the method of chemiluminescence combined with peimine-imprinted polymer solid-phase extraction was proposed to determine peimine in Fritillaria samples. Linear relationship was found between the chemiluminescence intensity with the concentration of peimine in the range of 5.0×10
-7-5.0×10
-5mol·L
-1, with detection limit (3
s) of 2.0×10
-7mol·L
-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 97.2%-102% and RSDs were in the range of 1.7%-2.2%.
