    气相色谱-质谱法测定发泡聚苯乙烯制品中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量

    GC-MS Determination of 6 Phthalates in Foamed Polystyrene Products

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法测定发泡聚苯乙烯制品中6种邻苯二甲酸酯的含量。样品(0.250 0 g)以二氯甲烷为溶剂,用乙腈(15 mL)沉淀聚合物后取其溶液,用DB-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离。在质谱分析中,用选择离子扫描模式下测定。6种邻苯二甲酸酯在一定的质量浓度范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的测定下限(10S/N)在0.13~4.61 mg·kg-1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在85.8%~102%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.3%~4.6%之间。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of 6 phthalates in foamed polystyrene products. The sample (0.250 0 g) was dissolved with dichloromethane and polymer was separated by precipitation with 15 mL of acetonitrile. The analytes were separated on DB-5MS capillary chromatographic column, and determined by MS under selected ion monitoring mode. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 6 phthalates were kept in definite ranges, with lower limits of determination (10S/N) in the range of 0.13-4.61 mg·kg-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 85.8%-102%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 1.3%-4.6%.
