    固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定水中10种嗅味物质的含量

    SPE-GC-MS Determination of 10 Odorous Materials in Water

    • 摘要: 水样经HLB固相萃取小柱萃取,用二氯甲烷2 mL洗脱,所得洗脱液用HP-5MS毛细管色谱柱分离,在全扫描和选择离子监测模式下进行质谱测定。10种嗅味物质在一定的质量浓度范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.50~1.0 μg·L-1之间。以空白样品为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率在88.7%~113%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在2.0%~6.7%之间。

       

      Abstract: The water sample was extracted on HLB solid phase extraction column, and then eluted with 2 mL of dichloromethane. The eluate was then separated by GC on HP-5MS capillary chromatographic column, and the analytes were determined by MS under the modes of full-scanning and selected ion monitoring. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 10 odorous materials were kept in definite ranges. Detection limits (3S/N) found were ranged from 0.50 to 1.0 μg·L-1. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method, values of recovery found were in the range of 88.7%-113%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 2.0%-6.7%.
