    气相色谱-质谱法同时测定护手霜中的4种丁二醇

    Simultaneous Determination of Four Butanediols in Hand-Cream Samples by GC-MS

    • 摘要: 采用超声萃取-气相色谱-质谱法同时测定护手霜中的4种丁二醇。1.000 0 g样品用10 mL甲醇在70 ℃超声萃取30 min,萃取液过0.45 μm有机滤膜后,在DB-23毛细管色谱柱上分离,质谱分析中采用电子轰击离子源和全扫描模式。4种丁二醇的线性范围均为0.50~100.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)均为0.10 mg·L-1。加标回收率为85.7%~102%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于9.0%。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS combined with ultrasonic extraction was applied to the simultaneous determination of 4 butanediols in hand-cream. The sample (1.000 0 g) was ultrasonically extracted with 10 mL of methanol at 70 ℃ for 30 min. After being filtrated with 0.45 μm organic filter, the extrate was seperated on a DB-23 capillary chromatographic column. Electron impact ion source and full scan were adopted in MS analysis. The same linearity range of 4 butanediols was 0.50-100.0 mg·L-1 with the same detection limit of 0.10 mg·L-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method ranged from 85.7% to 102%, and RSDs (n=6) were less than 9.0%.
