Abstract:
GC-MS combined with ultrasonic extraction was applied to the simultaneous determination of 4 butanediols in hand-cream. The sample (1.000 0 g) was ultrasonically extracted with 10 mL of methanol at 70 ℃ for 30 min. After being filtrated with 0.45
μm organic filter, the extrate was seperated on a DB-23 capillary chromatographic column. Electron impact ion source and full scan were adopted in MS analysis. The same linearity range of 4 butanediols was 0.50-100.0 mg·L
-1 with the same detection limit of 0.10 mg·L
-1. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method ranged from 85.7% to 102%, and RSDs (
n=6) were less than 9.0%.
