    气相色谱-质谱法测定鞋用胶黏剂中24种有害物质的含量

    GC-MS Determination of 24 Harmful Substances in Shoe Adhesives

    • 摘要: 采用气相色谱-质谱法同时测定鞋用胶黏剂中24种有害物质的含量。样品(0.200 0~0.500 0 g)经过适量乙酸乙酯超声提取60 min后,用乙酸乙酯定容至50 mL,经0.45 μm有机相滤膜过滤。采用VF-624MS色谱柱进行气相色谱分离,选用全扫描和选择离子监测模式进行质谱分析,外标法定量。24种有害物质的质量浓度在一定范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)在0.02~0.10 g·kg-1之间。按标准加入法在3个浓度水平上进行回收试验,回收率在85.9%~116%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于6.0%。

       

      Abstract: GC-MS was applied to the determination of 24 harmful substances in shoe adhesives. The sample (0.200 0-0.500 0 g) was extracted ultrasonically for 60 min with ethyl acetate, and the extract was made up its volume to 50 mL with ethyl acetate, and filtered through organic phase microporous membrane of 0.45 μm. VF-624MS chromatographic column was used for GC separation, full-scanning mode and selected ion monitoring mode were adopted in MS analysis, and external standard method was used for quantification. Linear relationships between values of peak areas and mass concentrations of 24 harmful substances were found in definite ranges, with values of detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.02-0.10 g·kg-1. Test for recovery was made by standard addition at 3 concentration levels, giving results in the range of 85.9%-116%, with RSDs (n=6) all less than 6.0%.
