    呋喃甲醛缩对硝基苯胺与汞离子的荧光猝灭反应及其应用

    Fluorescence Quenching Reaction of Furfural p-Nitroaniline with Mercury Ion and Its Application

    • 摘要: 合成了呋喃甲醛缩对硝基苯胺(FFNA)荧光试剂,在pH 9.06的四硼酸钠缓冲溶液中,该试剂与汞离子以1:1的物质的量比形成络合物,使得FFNA的荧光猝灭,据此建立了测定汞离子的荧光光谱法。激发波长和发射波长分别为235,330 nm时,体系的荧光强度改变(△IF)与汞离子的浓度在4.0×10-8~1.1×10-7mol·L-1内呈线性关系,检出限(3s/k)为2.24×10-8mol·L-1。该方法用于化妆品中微量汞的测定,结果与原子吸收光谱法相一致,加标回收率在99.0%~99.5%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)在3.1%~3.5%之间。

       

      Abstract: A fluorescent reagent of furfural p-nitroaniline (FFNA) was synthesized. In a Na2B4O7 buffer solution of pH 9.06, FFNA reacted with Hg2+ to form a complex with the amount-of-substance ratio of 1:1, resulting in fluorescence quenching of FFNA. Based on this fact, a mehtod of fluorescence spectroscopy was developed for determination of Hg2+. At the excitation wavelength of 235 nm and emission wavelength of 330 nm, linear relationship was found between the change of the fluorescence intensity with the concentration of Hg2+ in the range of 4.0×10-8-1.1×10-7mol·L-1, with detection limit (3s/k) of 2.24×10-8mol·L-1. The proposed method was used for the determination of trace mercury in cosmetics samples, giving results in agreement with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 99.0%-99.5%, and RSDs (n=6) were in the range of 3.1%-3.5%.
