    超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定食品塑料包装材料中5种光引发剂及其迁移规律

    UHPLC-MS/MS Determination of 5 Photoinitiators in Food Plastic Packaging Materials and Their Migration Rules

    • 摘要: 采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定食品塑料包装材料中5种光引发剂(PIs)及其迁移规律。以Agilent Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱为分离柱,以不同体积比的1 g·L-1乙酸铵溶液和乙腈的混合液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用电喷雾正离子源选择离子监测模式检测。方法的测定下限(10S/N)为1.38~5.56 μg·dm-2。回收率为77.5%~95.0%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.81%~8.9%。5种PIs在不同食品模拟液中的迁移能力不同,其中向30 g·L-1乙酸溶液中的迁移能力最强;5种PIs在不同食品塑料包装材料中的迁移能力与材料的阻隔性能密切相关。

       

      Abstract: UHPLC-MS/MS was applied to the determination of 5 photoinitiators (PIs) in food plastic packaging materials and their migration rules were researched. Agilent Eclipse Plus C18 chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and the mixture of 1 g·L-1 ammonium acetate solution and acetonitrile mixed in different ratios was used as mobile phase in gradient elution. ESI+ and selected ion monitoring mode were adopted in MS/MS. Lower limits of determination (10S/N) of the method were in the range of 1.38-5.56 μg·dm-2. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 77.5%-95.0%, with values of RSD's (n=6) in the range of 0.81%-8.9%. The 5 PIs held different migration ability in different food stimulants and they exhibited a more migration behaviors in 30 g·L-1 acetic acid solution. The migration rates in different food plastic packaging materials of 5 PIs were correlated to barrier property of packaging materials.
