    动态反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定尿液中17种元素

    Simultaneous ICP-MS Determination of 17 Elements in Urine with Dynamic Reaction Cell

    • 摘要: 尿液样品用硝酸酸化至硝酸的体积分数为1%,离心后,上清液用4%(体积分数)硝酸溶液稀释10倍。采用动态反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定其中铅、镉、砷、硒、锰、铜、锌、锑、铍、钒、铁、镍、钼、铬、铊、钴、锡等17种元素的含量。以45Sc (测定锰、铜、铍、钒、铁、镍、铬、钴)、72Ge (测定砷、硒、锌)、115In (测定镉、锑、钼、锡)、209Bi (测定铅、铊)为内标物。铁的线性范围在5.00 mg·L-1以内,其余元素的线性范围均在50.0 μg·L-1以内,检出限(3s)为0.000 5~0.496 0 μg·L-1。方法用于尿液样品的分析,加标回收率为85.6%~110%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=7)为0.68%~4.8%。

       

      Abstract: The urine sample was acidized with HNO3 to 1% of volume fraction of HNO3. After centrifugation, the supernatant was diluted 10 times with 4%(φ) HNO3 solution. ICP-MS was applied to the simultaneous determination of 17 elements, i.e. Pb, Cd, As, Se, Mn, Cu, Zn, Sb, Be, V, Fe, Ni, Mo, Cr, Tl, Co and Sn in the solution with dynamic reaction cell. 45Sc (for determination of Mn、Cu、Be、V、Fe、Ni、Cr、Co), 72Ge (for determination of As、Se、Zn), 115In (for determination of Cd、Sb、Mo、Sn) and 209Bi (for determination of Pb、Tl) were used as internal standards. Linearity range of Fe found was in the range within 5.00 mg·L-1and linearity ranges of the others were in the range within 50.0 μg·L-1, with detection limits (3s) in the range of 0.000 5-0.496 0 μg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of urine sample, giving values of recovery and RSD's (n=7) in the ranges of 85.6%-110% and 0.68%-4.8% respectively.
