    基于加液滤片捕集技术快速测定卷烟主流烟气中主要酚类化合物和氨

    Rapid Determination of Major Phenolic Compounds and Ammonia in Mainstream of Cigarette Smoke Base on Capture with Infiltrated Cambridge Filter

    • 摘要: 移取0.20 mol·L-1盐酸溶液-乙醇(1+1)混合溶液2 mL,均匀添加于剑桥滤片上,平衡2 h。将一张经上述方法处理过的滤片置于卷烟夹持器的前端,一张标准滤片置于卷烟夹持器后端,用直线型吸烟机按照GB/T 19609规定进行抽吸。抽吸完毕,将两张滤片取出,放入50 mL的0.01 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中,以150 r·min-1转速旋转振荡萃取40 min。萃取液经0.45 μm水相滤膜过滤后,分别进行液相色谱和离子色谱分析。对苯二酚、间苯二酚、邻苯二酚、苯酚、间对甲酚、邻甲酚和氨的检出限(3s)在0.005~0.027 mg·L-1之间,加标回收率为77.7%~109%。应用该方法测定卷烟主流烟气中主要酚类化合物和氨,测定值与烟草行业标准方法测定结果一致。

       

      Abstract: The mixture (2 mL) of 0.20 mol·L-1 HCl solution and ethanol (1+1) was evenly added onto the infiltrated Cambridge filter to balance for 2 h. A pretreated filter was placed on the front end of the cigarette holder, a standard filter was placed on the back of the cigarette holder. After cigarette suction was carried out by a straight-line smoking machine according GB/T 19609, the two filters were placed into 50 mL of 0.01 mol·L-1 HCl solution and extracted by oscillation at 150 r·min-1 for 40 min. The extract was filtered through a 0.45 μm aqueous filter and analyzed by liquid chromatography and ion chromatography. The detection limits (3s) of resorcinol, resorcinol, catechol, phenol, m-p-cresol, o-cresol and ammonia were in the range of 0.005-0.027 mg·L-1. Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method ranged from 77.7% to 109%. The proposed method was used to determine the major phenolic compounds and ammonia in the mainstream of cigarette smoke, giving results were in consistency with those obtained by the standard tobacco industry method.
