    离子色谱法测定土壤中的3种阴离子

    Determination of 3 Anions in Soil by Ion Chromatography

    • 摘要: 采用离子色谱法测定土壤中Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的含量。10.000 0 g样品加入超纯水100 mL,振荡2 h,超声60 min,离心分离,取上清液,依次经0.45,0.22 μm滤膜过滤。滤液中的3种阴离子在Dionex IonPac TM AS18阴离子分离柱上分离,流动相为22 mmol·L-1 KOH溶液,采用电导检测器。Cl-、SO42-和NO3-的线性范围均为1.00~9.00 mg·L-1,检出限(3s)分别为0.006,0.006,0.003 mg·L-1。3种阴离子的加标回收率在94.0%~96.0%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=10)小于2.0%。

       

      Abstract: Ion chromatography was applied to determinnation of Cl-, SO42- and NO3- in soil. The sample (10.000 0 g) was added into 100 mL of ultra-pure water and the mixture was treated by oscillation for 2 h and ultrasonic for 60 min. After centrfugation, the supernanat was filtred through 0.45, 0.22 μm filter succesively. The 3 anions in the filtrate were seperated on Dionex IonPac TM AS18 anion analysis column with 22 mmol·L-1 of KOH solution as mobile phase, and detected by a conductivity detector. The linearity ranges of Cl-, SO42- and NO3- were 1.00-9.00 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3s) of 0.006,0.006,0.003 mg·L-1, respectively. Recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 94.0%-96.0%, and RSDs (n=10) were less than 2.0%.
