Abstract: UHPLC-MS/MS was applied to the simultaneous determination of bisphenol A and bisphenol S in foods. The food sample was extracted with acetonitrile and purified with GCB solid phase extraction column. Waters BEH C₁₈ chromatographic column was used as stationary phase, and the mixture of water and methanol mixed in different ratios was used as mobile phase in gradient elution. ESI^- and multi-reactions monitor mode were adopted in MS/MS. Isotope was used as internal standard. Linearity ranges of bisphenol A and bisphenol S were found in the range of 1.04-52.0, 0.23-11.65 μg·L^-1 respectively,with detection limits (3S/N) of 0.30, 0.10 μg·kg^-1 respectively. On the base of blank sample, test for recovery was made by standard addition method; values of recovery found were in the range of 94.6%-101%, with RSD's (n=6) in the range of 2.5%-6.6%.
