Abstract: By carding the toxic and hazardous chemical substances involved in the domestic and foreign safety regulations and related standards for consumer goods, systematically researching and comparatively analyzing the EU REACH SVHC list, the US CHCC list, the US California No. 65 list and the list of hazardous chemical substances involved in the domestic standards for consumer goods, a domestic list of substances of very high concern in consumer goods was established in line with Chinese regulatory standards and European and American regulations.
