    超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定莲雾中51种农药残留量

    UPLC-MS/MS Determination of 51 Pesticide Residues in Syzygium Samarangense

    • 摘要: 莲雾样品用含1%(体积分数)乙酸的乙腈提取后,经多壁碳纳米管滤过型净化柱净化,采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定其中51种农药的残留量。质谱分析中采用电喷雾离子源和多反应监测模式。结果表明:51种农药的质量浓度在0.005~0.2 mg·L-1内与其峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.06~1.50 μg·kg-1。按标准加入法进行回收试验,回收率为60.4%~120%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为2.0%~16%。

       

      Abstract: The sample of Syzygium samarangense was extracted with acetonitrile containing 1% (φ) acetic acid, and cleaned up with multiplug filtration using multiwalled carbon nanotubes, and the 51 pesticide residues were determined by UPLC-MS/MS. ESI and MRM were adopted in MS analysis. As shown by the results, linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 51 pesticide residues were found in the same range of 0.005-0.2 mg·L-1, and detection limits (3S/N) ranged from 0.06 to 1.50 μg·kg-1. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method, giving results in the range of 60.4%-120%, and RSDs (n=6) ranged from 2.0% to 16%.
