Abstract: The mainly direct sampling techniques were summarized, including the suspension direct injection, the extracted solution direct injection and the solid direct injection. The research progress, technical difficulties, and the actual application of the direct injection techniques in detection of heavy metals in grain were specifically discussed. Meanwhile, the application of direct injection techniques was prospected.
